AGI-1 is operated by Fair Group AI. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Name, email address, how you sign in (Apple, Google, passkey or email), and account settings. For email accounts we store a salted bcrypt hash of your password, never the password. For passkeys we store only the public key; the private key stays on your device.
Real-time voice and video streams and live session state, only when you start a live voice or video feature. Your browser asks for microphone or camera permission at that moment; creating an account never requires it.
Supported device permission states, OS/runtime telemetry, hardware utilization, and network/runtime status needed for supported automation flows.
Safety logs, execution state, intervention history, and operational traces needed to keep the system policy-bound and observable.
Messages you send to Jack and Julia are processed to generate replies. Recent messages (up to the last 20 per assistant) are kept in server memory for up to one hour of inactivity. Personalized Memory (preferences and task history that Jack and Julia can recall later) is optional: it is used only if you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings > Privacy.
Subscription tier, billing state, receipt metadata, tips, and donation records. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store raw card numbers.
Core service: to provide AGI-1 (avatar interaction, task execution, account management). Optional: marketing communications, personalization, model improvement — only if you opt in.
Account, consent and onboarding records for this website are stored in Amazon Web Services DynamoDB. Password hashes use bcrypt (12 rounds). Data in transit is protected with TLS.
We use service providers to run AGI-1: hosting and infrastructure providers, the AI model providers that generate Jack’s and Julia’s replies (they receive the content needed to answer), Apple and Google if you sign in with them, LiveKit for live voice and video, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data.
Camera, microphone, OpenClaw device-control access, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, payment authorization, and financial account linking are not granted at signup. They are requested only when you enable the specific feature and can be revoked later.
Jack and Julia are AI assistants, not people, and they can make mistakes. They are not doctors, lawyers or financial advisers.
You may: view your consent choices, update optional consents, request a data export, request account deletion. Visit Settings > Privacy to manage these.
We use essential cookies only: the sign-in session (Auth.js) and two routing cookies (agi1_consent, agi1_onboarded) that remember whether your consent and welcome steps are complete. We do not use advertising cookies.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Each consent choice is kept as a timestamped record so you (and we) can show what you agreed to. You can request export or deletion in Settings > Privacy; requests are recorded and handled by Fair Group AI, and we confirm when they are complete.
We will notify you of material changes. The version number and effective date are displayed above.
